If you’re planning to visit us, here’s what we can do together:
In the morning, starting at 8:00 AM:
- We’ll kick off the day by taking care of the adorable animals: feeding, watering, and making sure they’re all cozy and clean.
- Around noon, let’s take a well-deserved 2-hour break. We’ll have a yummy lunch together and enjoy some great chats or relaxing moments.
In the afternoon, starting at 2:00 PM:
- We’ll roll up our sleeves and work on keeping the sanctuary in tip-top shape. After that, we’ll be back to our furry friends, taking care of their needs with lots of love and attention.
Once our volunteering program wraps up, it’s time to share a delightful dinner and unwind. You’ll have plenty of free time to chat, share stories, or explore the breathtaking Bucovina area.
You’re going to have a blast interacting with the animals while bonding with our fantastic sanctuary team. Oh, and just a friendly request: while you’re here, let’s wear animal-friendly attire, without any real leather, to align with our sanctuary’s values.
What you should bring along:
- Comfy work clothes and footwear, preferably waterproof.
- Layered clothing for changing weather conditions.
We’ve got your back with:
- Fresh spring water and delicious vegan food. If you’d like to bring your own snacks, remember, our sanctuary is all about vegan goodness!
- A fully-equipped kitchen where we can whip up some tasty vegan meals together.
You’ll love our cozy facilities:
- Two bedrooms with double beds and a comfy living room with a pull-out sofa, just in case.
- A bathroom complete with a toilet, shower, and hot water on tap.
- A kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, a fridge, stove, and oven.
- Outdoors, we’ve got a spacious fenced area (around 300 m2) where your furry pals can have a blast playing. Oh, and guess what? Our place is pet-friendly too! So, feel free to have your fluffy companions snooze right by your side.
